Located in Signal Hill, California, we originally developed a scheduler plug-in for IMSI's TurboCAD V8 software. This program extension uses our "smart" symbols, which allows architects to select and insert commercially available windows and doors directly into a CAD drawing. The chosen products are listed in a schedule along with comparative pricing information.

March 2003 introduced TurboCAD Version 9 with 1ST Pricing’s technology that offers windows, skylights, entry and interior doors. 

November 2004 saw the introduction of the 1ST Pricing Toolkit for AutoCAD® versions 2002, 2004 and 2005, AutoCAD Architectural Desktop™ 2002* & 2004*, Autodesk Map® 5, 6 and 3D.

And development of the plug-in for ArchiCAD Version 9 has begun and more platforms and products will be added soon.
